Director of Land Development Projects

Patricia Bittar is a Project Manager with 4 years of municipal engineering experience and 11 years serving as a private practice consulting engineer. Pat has achieved extensive experience in all phases of wastewater, water, storm water and land development projects, with her involvement from project inception through construction.  She has been responsible for generation of civil engineering design documents, reports and presenting projects to municipal boards and regulatory review agencies.  Her experience includes generation of feasibility studies for public sanitary sewer and water system improvements, as well as preparation of Map, Plan and Report documents for utility district extensions and improvements. Pat graduated from SUNY at Buffalo with a BS in Civil Engineering.  Her professional career started with municipal related projects. Her experience centered on water/wastewater engineering that included design of water supply/distribution systems, gravity sanitary sewer collection systems and wastewater treatment plant design.  As a consulting engineer, her experience has been focused on sanitary sewer, waterline and storm sewer improvement projects; sanitary sewer pump station design and numerous subdivision and commercial site plan designs. Working for Wm. Schutt for 11 years and as a Project Manager since 2004, Pat is also responsible for overseeing other technical staff within the office.
